My "Local Expert" blog:

There are plenty of great areas in the Boise ID area (Treasure Valley) to explore.......
Boise ID: Everything in the Treasure Valley centers around Downtown Boise ID. The Art Museum, History Museum, Julia Davis Park, Ann Morrison Park, Kathryn Albertson Park, The Boise Zoo, the Boise Greenbelt......the list goes on and on.....All downtown
Meridian ID: West of Boise, Meridian has Parks, fountains, walking paths, pools, ponds and great places to eat; this town consists of mostly subdivisions with their individual features as found in many of my numerous blogs- www.AgentIdahoBlog.com
Eagle ID: Nestled NorthWest of Boise, Eagle is a great little town consisting of newer $300k+ homes subdivisions and acreage property on the outskirts. The location of Eagle in the Treasure Valley is super convenient for accessing the camping and treeline areas to the North of Boise as well as the Boise Foothills.
Kuna ID: South of Meridian and Boise, Kuna is another smaller but growing town. My favorite dining Mexican Restaurant is in Kuna-El Gallo Giro-Try the "Carne en su Jugo." Indian Creek runs thru Kuna-where you can fish year round or float in a raft in the summer. Kuna has just enough businesses to keep from having to drive to Boise or Meridian. Subdivisions and a lot of acreage properties is what you will find in Kuna. 15 minutes from Boise.
Nampa ID: 25 minutes west of Boise. Nampa is second in the state in population to Boise. Nampa is growing with a mixture of subdivisions and acreage property. All the shopping Boise has to offer, Nampa has to offer as well. Parks, walkways, pools, open space, community center......Nampa has it all. Property in Nampa is less expensive than Boise. On a typical 3 bedroom two bathroom home-you will typically see a $10k-20k lower price on the same house in Nampa compared to Boise.
Star ID: West of Eagle, 20 minutes West of Boise. Star and Kuna are similar to each other with Star being North of Meridian and Kuna being South of Meridian. Small town with downtown having a cafe, pizza, gas station and market. It is a nice, small town. Every past client of mine living in Star says the same thing: Star is 15 minutes in any direction to everything. Great deals on homes in Star for sure!
Realtor Services: Besides helping to find your next home, I emphasize getting an acceptance of your offer on a home. I will give you my price opinion based on the market, comparables and experience. What you want in a house and what offer to submit on a house is totally up to you. I will work hard to accomplish YOUR goals.
